		RTBTM has developed and operates a multi-discipline Internet-enabled tool (“docuMAPTM”) for use in the environmental, construction, asset, and property management industries. This tool utilizes a new generation of Internet enabled Geographic Information System ("iGISTM"), proprietary risk assessment tools and recently developed database technology. docuMAPTM provides a turnkey solution set for the management of complex property, construction, or environmental assets. RTBTM leverages over 100 years of experience that its management team offers in petroleum and environmental consulting, project and property management, and information technology to offer a succession of “best of breed” Internet management products.
		docuMAPTM is delivered to users through an Application Service Provider ("ASP") delivery model servicing only corporate and governmental clients. The ASP delivery model benefits the users of docuMAPTM management tools by placing the application on RTBTM’s secured application servers, allowing clients and users access to the application through secured Internet connections. The ASP delivery model assures all users that the docuMAPTM management tools are always the most current version offered and that all stored information is accessible anywhere an Internet connection is available. The docuMAPTM technology also incorporates the next generation of business-to-business (B2B) e-marketplace called "Company Exchanges". Company Exchanges allow the client to offer and host their own forward or reverse auctions based on our patent pending AuctionMapTM engine. Moving beyond a simple Internet solution within a vertical industry, RTBTM has taken a more forward thinking approach in developing an end-to-end solution for the asset and property management industry’s information technology needs.
