Standard Support Option

The Standard Customer Service package is designed to provide basic assistance.

   
   Response Time
docuMAP'sTM policy is to respond to all Standard Support Service customer cases within 2 business days.
   Availability
docuMAPTM customer service is available from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, EST, Monday – Friday (excluding holidays).
   
   Designated Contacts
Any docuMAPTM subscriber may utilize the Standard Support service.
   Case Limit
Each subscriber may log a maximum of 5 cases per month.
   
   Access
docuMAPTM customer service is available via phone at 330-854-5300, or via the Web through the "Support" link in the docuMAPTM application.

   Price
Standard Support is included at no cost with the Browser and Enterprise Edition subscription fee.
