			Customized training is designed to teach docuMAPTM functionality in a manner specifically tailored to your company's processes, customization, terminology and emphasis. Beyond general docuMAPTM system information, common inclusions in customized training are special sales and support processes and terms used by your company; specific data entry procedures and standards you've chosen; custom extensions you've made to docuMAPTM; and specialized reporting processes and needs. Customized training classes are taught via a combination audio conference and Web demonstration model, are limited to 25 students per session, and are up to 1.5 hours in length. Also included in the customized training class fee are a setup call to discuss your customizations, and one hour-long Q&A session to be held within three weeks of the class. Customized training can also be conducted via On-Site Training or specifically for Administrator Workshop Training.
